1930s brass plane

This really quirky little plane is made of brass probably during the late 1920s - early 1930s. The wheels and propeller work and it has been stamped "TP" underneath the fuselage. It looks like a model of a World War I biplane but no doubt somebody out there will know what it is!
A great object ideal for your desk!
